Facts:

This chain had various hotels with 5 different banks and processing company. When they needed service, the hotel managers had a hard time contacting the support. They had to look up the bank they were with. Then they had a hard time identifying their credentials to get any support. They got a new service rep each time they called. Couldn’t get the correct information to resolve charge backs and ongoing account changes that they needed

Solution:

They moved all their locations to us. We put them under one master account. All their managers now could simply email or text us with the service they needed and we resolved it for them and sent a message or called them as needed. They couldn’t be more happier!
